Portable Computer Systems Return Policy
All returns must be approved and given an RMA number before PCS can process them. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to software copyright laws, we are unable to take back machines that have been opened or turned on. We are also unable to take back custom machines with features that include, but aren’t limited to, GPS, Sprint, Verizon and Cingular.
